This gallery contains 21 photos.

The tots were extra early risers this morning.  This meant we were all awake before CBeebies.  This confused Master Tot greatly. This also meant we were all dressed, fed and watered by 8:30 (rare).  I thought we’d make the most … Continue reading

We were starting to get all snowed out by the middle of the week.  Neither of the tots wanted to go outside to play so we had a lazy afternoon.

Folksy Finds – Burns edition

I have a love affair with original, well made, hand crafted items, so it’s really quite handy that Britain is full of talented and creative people.  There are few things I enjoy more than browsing small independent retailers, whether online or on foot.    One of my favourite places to browse is Folksy, an online community of UK designers and makers showcasing and selling their work.  Perfect for people like me who find it difficult to get to craft fairs and boutiques.

Being the kind soul I am, I thought I’d share some of my recent finds complete with a bit of a tartan twist, seeing as it’s Burns’ Night.

Enjoy!
