I spent a lot of time last week reading the constant snow updates on Twitter, wondering when it would be our turn. “It’s too cold to snow”, was said a lot in the house and more attention than normal was given to the weather updates. The weekend came, and along with it came some snow!

Very exciting!
Master Tot wasn’t overly keen on the snow last year – it was too deep for toddlers and their little legs. Miss Tot was just a few months old.
With them being a little older this year it was a new experience to be able to play in the snow.
Master Tot loved it, Miss Tot wasn’t so sure.
Here Master is trying to show Miss how to walk in the deeper snow.

It doesn’t matter how often she’ll annoy him with knocking down blocks or stealing toys, Master is always at his little sister’s side if he thinks she is in trouble.
Over the past couple of days we’ve touched the snow, danced in the snow and played “football” in the snow; we’ve sat in the snow, we’ve made snow angels in the snow and we’ve made a snowman from the snow. All in all, we’ve had lots of fun in the snow!
